What drives you towards body mind health?
The short answer must surely be - Life!
It is a truism that when the going gets tough we either crumble or shine. There is breakthrough or breakdown.
Viewed through the individual lens of perception this either is assumed a disaster or opportunity toward greater heights. What defines the difference between these is what we we think of ourselves.
Self Esteem. Self worth.
This is the crucial point where we can realise the journey to move forward or stop it in a quagmire of self delusion, negativity and doubt.
The latter leads to a breakdown of our system, and ill health predominately follows creating the means to move through this. Yet the challenge often turns into a Herculean struggle.
The beauty of life and what drives the body mind health paradigm forward is that both of these ways can be the right way!
It is what we do with what we are given that defines the nature of growth and the speed of progress.
Many have been down or are going this route. There are experiences that we all can draw on that in retrospect have served us well and taught us much. Even while in the midst of the greatest challenges, some can see the clarity of what is being asked.
This is our Potential. It is also the gift we can share.
