| HOWARD NAPPER and Penny Smith
Howard's 'Essential' and 'Masterclass' yoga DVDs are terrific - because when it comes to teaching through this medium it needs a special class of personality, communications skills and clarity to help the student really get to grips and understand the intricacies of the posture work, on a physical as well as mental level. He does this with precision.
For both the beginner and those who already practice yoga, these two yoga DVDs are very worthwhile.
Penny Smith is his medium for conveying what he teaches and the demonstration of the posture work and how to maximise the benefits of the yoga positions.
